Over 6 weeks I got 6+ pull requests merged into the Lexical repo, covering architectural refactors, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

A big part of the work was just learning the codebase fast enough to be useful. Lexical is a large, fast-moving framework and there's no slow ramp, you read the code, find something broken or unclear, and fix it.

I worked closely with Meta engineers through code reviews and design discussions, which was genuinely one of the better learning experiences I've had. I also spent time expanding test coverage and cleaning up documentation in areas I touched.
